For years, we have had a sublicense’s agreement for the manufacturing of tools. The licensee will give up its patent rights. We can’t take over the full agreement with the patent holders. HELP!

We understand how difficult the situation must be.  From our experience, honesty is your best approach.  Ask to meet with both the Licensee and the Patent Holder to work out an arrangement that allows you to remain in business.
